Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

A return must be authorized before the product is shipped back. Contact service@valtrore-hk.com and wait for return instructions.

Products sent without authorization or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

Conditions for an Eligible Return

A returned product must:

Be requested within the 30-day return period
Be unused and in resalable condition
Be free from scratches, stains, odors, deformation, or other signs of wear
Include all straps, inserts, clips, mechanisms, accessories, and components
Include the original packaging where reasonably possible
Be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

For pop-up wallets or products with moving components, the mechanism must not have been damaged through misuse, overfilling, impact, or improper handling.

How to Request a Return

Send an email containing:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The product you wish to return
The reason for the request
Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If approved, our support team will provide the applicable return address and shipping instructions.

Do not return products to the registered business address unless our support team specifically authorizes that address.

Products That May Not Be Returned

Subject to applicable law, returns may be refused for:

Products requested after the return period
Used, worn, scratched, stained, altered, or damaged products
Products with missing accessories or components
Personalized or customized products
Gift cards
Products clearly marked final sale
Damage caused by overfilling, improper cleaning, misuse, or normal wear
Electronic or security-sealed products after the seal has been removed, where applicable

This section does not restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Natural Material Variations

Variations in leather grain, canvas weave, color tone, texture, or finish are not automatically considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the design, but natural materials and screen settings may cause small differences in appearance.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Report a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product within 7 days after delivery.

Include photographs of the product, affected area, packaging, and shipping label. Depending on the circumstances and stock availability, we may offer:

A replacement
A missing component
A refund
Another appropriate resolution

Do not discard the product or packaging until the review is complete.

Return Shipping Costs

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the appropriate resolution and return instructions.

For other eligible returns, return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility.

Use a tracked shipping method and retain the receipt. We cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return or accept responsibility for a parcel sent to an unauthorized address.

Inspection and Refund Approval

Returned products are inspected after arrival.

If the return is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method. Refunds usually require 5–10 business days to appear after approval, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. The most reliable option is to return the eligible original product and place a new order for the preferred item.
